Basic Protocols:

1. All Members and guest of members of Elite Fem Society MUST be 21 years of age or older.  We maintain the right to view ID for proof of age if we feel you may look younger then 21.

2. Drugs are NEVER permitted at any Elite Fem Society event or party. (Marijuana is now considered legal in the state of Va we do ask that you make yourself familiar with these laws by clicking and reading here)  EFS now considers marijuana use to be equivalent to having alcohol at parties.  HOWEVER just like anything with smoking and vaping we have designated areas for this to occur.  Do NOT vape or have marijuana in public areas or play areas as other are sensitive, have allergies or may not want to be around it.  Please respect other members.  We will provide more information on this as we start having more private parties.  As always just like with alcohol please play responsibly!

3. All Members must practice safe, sane and consensual BDSM play.

4. We are a discreet group, this means we NEVER permit any photography at our events.  We also do NOT permit drama with-in our groups or members.  "OUTING" or not respecting the discretion of another member will result in an automatic banning from our group permanently.  (Some photography may be allowed at events with the hosts permission that is not in a public area with other participants)  If you are caught taking photos or videos without consent of the host you will have your device confiscated until all data is removed and will be banned from ALL EFS events). 

5. Elite Fem Society is a members only group, in order to join you must fill out or Membership Application and then attend one of our socials and then one of our parties to be considered a full fledged member in which we will then consider you a full member.

6. All Women are Dominant or maintain the Dominant role and all men are submissive.  We do not permit switching at our events or parties.  Male Dominants are not permitted to join our group.  Women are not permitted to submit.  Trans Women are permitted to be submissive but can not be Dominant at our events.

7. Elite Fem Society Head Mistress Tiffany is not a match maker nor are any of our other Social committee Members.  Do not ask us to introduce you or set you up.  If you're interested in meeting a partner that is up to your own discretion.  However please keep in mind some members may choose to attend to socialize, or for educational reasons and may not always be interested in playing or a relationship, respect this.  

8. Do NOT ask the Head Mistress or any social committee member who or how many people are attending any of the events we hold.  We keep our list private and through email/punchbowl invites and maintain the discretion of our members.  If you are trying to decide if you want to attend an event based on who is attending or how many people are attending then we are not interested in having you as a member.  None of our members should feel obligated or pressured by other members nor should any committee member.  

9. All men should respect the Women of Elite Fem Society no matter their age, race, size or creed.  All Women should feel special and treated well by our male members.  However male members are not required to play with or should feel forced to do anything they do not want to do with Female Dominant members.  We just ask as a male submissive you be respectful and polite.  

10. We are a Female Hierarchy group and support Female Led Relationships as well as Female Supremacy, although we understand and respect all Dominant Women's choice to how they wish to be a Female Dominant.  We encourage uniqueness and individuality and do not expect all Dominant Women to fit one particular type of mold.  We are all awesome, beautiful, strong Feminine beings.  

11. If you are married/attached your partner MUST be aware that you are a part of our group whether they are a member or not (your partner is not required to be a member).  We do not encourage "cheating" or unethical non-monogamy (We are fine with Poly and Ethical non-monogamous participants whether you are coming  alone or with your partner).   

 

 

Social/Happy Hour Policies:

1. We will invite new and seasoned members to our Socials.  The first hour of our Social is dedicated to new members so I can tell you about our group and answer any questions you may have.  Please be on time.  This is also a good time to socialize and the time we have appetizers and cocktails.  Our Happy Hour Socials are drinks only and is something new we are doing once a month as well to our dinner social.  We have a cocktail social once a month which is usually the first Thursday of the month with our dinner social being the last Thursday of the month.  We may change this on occasion.

2. The second hour of our Social is when we order dinner and we can still mingle and enjoy conversation.   We do not have dinner at our happy our/cocktail only socials.  Please note our dinner socials are held the last Thursday of the month and our cocktail social is the first Thursday of the month.  

3. You MUST be invited to our Socials, even if you see our event posted on a public forum you MUST follow or policies by filling out the Membership Application before you can attend our Socials/happy hours/cocktails or any events.  If you show up uninvited or without filling out the Membership Application you will be asked to leave.

4. We request that if you are invited to a social to not divulge the location to any other persons.

5. Please be dressed vanilla when arriving to a social, although we typically have a private area in a restaurant we do not wish to draw attention to ourselves.  We request all attendees for dinner or drinks to be dressed business causal, cocktail attire or dinner appropriate.  

6. Because the men who wish to join our group are gentleman we request that the men all chip in to cover the costs of the single Female Dominants food and beverages.  This will usually range from $20 - $60 on average but can vary depending on the number of Women attending.  Single men are also responsible for their own tab.

7. Couples who arrive with a date, the gentleman is responsible for his tab and his dates tab and does not have to chip in for the single ladies tab unless he feels obliged to do so.

8. Single Ladies chip in $10 for their tab and the rest is covered by our single males, this covers dinner and drinks, please be reasonable in ordering, just because the guys are covering your tab; do not get ridiculous with your bar tab.  We allow a maximum of 2 alcoholic beverages for the tab for single ladies at our socials.  Ladies if you wish to drink more you must open your own tab or a single male member may offer you a drink on their own individual tab.  You may not solicit single male members for drinks, they must offer on their own.

9. We do not permit members to sell or solicit any services of any sort at any of our socials/parties or events, doing so will result in being banned.  Pro-Dommes may not solicit their services either.  We do on occasion offer vending from local kink vendors at parties.  

 

Private Party Policies:

1. We have different themes every party, we encourage our members to be adventurous and openminded with our themes.  However all play is consensual only.  No-one has to do anything they do not want to do. And even if you're a member who is not interested in a specific theme, it is still encouraged you join us to learn, mingle and grow in the scene.

2. We do not accept guests after the first hour our party has started.  (For example if a party starts at 5pm, no guests will be permitted after 6pm unless specific permission has been granted from the Head Mistress in advance).

3. All of our parties request a donation cover.  The donation when attending a party is pre-pay only prior to the event for single males, we may request pre-payment for all member for special events.  Donations vary party to party.

4. We provide beverages, mixers, Juice, water etc. However our guests must bring a pot luck item and  may BYOB.  Gentlemen  typically bring a food item and our Ladies usually bring a bottle of wine or champagne to share with others.  Ladies may also bring a food item if they would like.  

5. Do NOT play if you are "tipsy" or intoxicated, if we feel you are intoxicated while playing we will have to ask you to call a cab home.  Maintain 1 drink per hour is typically acceptable depending on your threshold, know yourself, know when to slow down and stop, be a responsible adult.

6. Dominants are requested to come in dressed vanilla or covered but then once inside we request that you wear Fem-Domme attire such as leather, latex, corsets or anything that makes you feel Dominant or whatever goes with the theme.

7. Male slaves are requested to come in dressed vanilla.  Our requested uniform for submissive men are boxer briefs and a "wife beater ' male tank top.  Crossdressers are permitted to dress up as well.

8. As I mentioned before Illegal drugs drugs are not permitted at our parties.

9. All men are requested to wear a collar, if you do not have a collar we may have one to loan you, but please invest the time in getting one.

10. The men are expected to serve the Women of Elite Fem Society domestically at our parties, please be polite and well mannered at our parties.  All play is up to two parties and male subs or Female Dominants are NOT obligated to play.  If you do not wish to play with someone politely decline.  NO ONE should feel forced to do anything they do not want to do.

11. NO photography is permitted.  On rare occasions with the Hosts permission ONLY you may request to take a photo in an area without other arty participants.  If you are caught taking photos with-out the consent of the host your device will be confiscated until ALL data of photos or videos taken has been removed.  It is best to not have your mobile device out in the play area.
